Reserve Telecommunications was founded in 1935 by local entrepreneur Daniel Madere to provide telephone service to a portion of St. John the Baptist Parish that the big companies had passed over. Through the years, RTC has grown and prospered by expanding our service area and products. Seventy-seven years later we are a full service hometown telecommunications provider serving the River Parishes with Telephone, Video, and High–Speed Internet.
