Why I love RTC
RTC is more than just a company providing telecommunications services in south Louisiana, we are part of the greater community and a family of RTC employees. Community service is an important part of each employee’s job and our commitment to excellent service is part of our everyday life. As a small, Louisiana-owned company, we are very different from our competition and we like it that way. Our customers and employees are part of our family.
Bill joined RTC as President in 2001 after serving as VP/GM for Cox Business Services in New Orleans, overseeing the launch of commercial telephone services and high speed internet. Bill has held various roles in finance and telecommunications since 1981, working in Los Angeles, Denver and New York prior to moving to Louisiana in 1993.
Bill received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Why I love RTC
It has truly been a wonderful experience to work for a local company with great growth potential. It is fun to work in an environment where we can turn on a dime versus maneuvering a huge ocean liner when we need to respond to our customer wants and needs. We have encouraged our employee base to “Give em the pickle” which has allowed our installers and customer service to not get caught up in the small stuff. This has enabled RTC to consistently beat the big guys and has created a truly wonderful customer service experience for our customers.
Scott brings over 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with the last 14 being at RTC. Scott came to the company as the controller and has transitioned from finance to operations, and now serves as the Executive Vice President. Scott currently serves as 1st Vice Chairman of the Louisiana Telephone Association. Prior to RTC Scott held various management positions for eight years within Cox Communications of New Orleans, and six years as an international tax accountant for Freeport-McMoRan.
Scott received his BBS in accounting from the University of Texas in 1985, after beginning his undergraduate studies at Texas Lutheran University.

Why I love RTC
Since becoming a part of the team at RTC I’ve learned what an amazing work family feels like. Here we work hard for our customers and have managed to keep the nimbleness and responsiveness of a small hometown company while adding the structure that sets us up to provide for our customers’ future in a constantly changing telecom world.
Annette joined the RTC team in December 2012 as Controller, but was soon promoted to VP of Finance as she managed the company through a full business software conversion. She has 25 years of financial, operations, and business experience, working in Richmond and Pensacola, prior to moving back to her home state of Louisiana and joining the team here. 14 years of her experience have been spent in management in the telecommunications industry.
Annette received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

What I love about RTC
The Heart and soul of RTC is our connection culture. Connecting to our customers to create a service experience with the ability to treat our customers as we would treat our family is what I love most. Connecting to our community in order to give back to make the places we live and work better for the next generation.
Katie joined the RTC team in October of 2005 as a Marketing Assistant. In 2013 Katie was promoted to Marketing and Public Relations Manager.
