UPDATE AS OF 10/1/21
We’re continuing to make steady progress even as new challenges emerge. Material shortages and supply chain issues have pushed our original restoration schedule back an estimated week for some customers in St. John, St. James, and Lafourche parishes. We are going through this with you. Many of our employees working on repairs are impacted as well – relying on the very same network. Our employees – like our customers – represent and live in our communities and we won’t stop until our network is restored.

Bill credits have already been issued through 10/7 for customers without services. Customers whose services have not been restored by 10/7 will receive the appropriate credit for their services reflective of their reconnect dates.
