Changing Your Email Password on Your Mobile Phone
iPhone/iPod/iPad
- Open up Settings
Click Mail, Contacts and Calendars - Find your RTCOnline account and click the Arrow
- Enter your new password in the Incoming AND Outgoing Mail Server options.
- Press done and verify you can send/receive.
Android Phones/Tablets
- Open up the Mail app.
- Click the menu button and click Settings
- Find your account and scroll down to Incoming Settings
- Enter your new password in the password field.
- Press Back and click Outgoing Settings
- Enter your new password in the password field.
- Press done and verify you can send/receive.
