How to set up your Windows Live email

  1. On your PC, open Windows Live Mail. On the top menu bar, click Tools and then click Accounts.
  2. Make sure your RTC Online account is highlighted under Mail, and click Properties on the right side. (If you have more than one RTC Online account, you will have to do this for each account.)
  3. Click the Server tab at the top of the window and then click the checkbox next to "My server requires authentication" at the bottom. Click Apply and close out of all windows during this setup.
